The location was excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful especially about getting into the restricted area of Granada where the hotel is. The car parking is an essential feature.

Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and happen to get one of the lower level apartments.

It is safe, and in a nice area in the old city of Granada. It added to our visit to Granada, staying in such place.

I had to arrive late to the hotel, around 12:30am. The gentlemen waited for me until I arrived, and helped me to find the place, over the phone, as it is inside the old city.

We were really excited when we entered the room. Very big, very clean, very modern, right in the city centre. I totally want to stay there again and even decorate my future house like the appartment we stayed in. Hotel stuff very helpful, willing to explain everything and answer to all our questions regarding sighseing and nightlife options.

The reception was open only from 10.00-15.00 , if I remeber correctly. We didnt face any problems , but I just wanted to point that out.

Wireless didn't work, but apartment was very functional and clean. Nicely appointed.

Very clean and comfortable. Fun part of town.

Hard to reach by car, but staff tried to help with extra driving directions unprompted.

Too cold - The heaters were on 30 all night just would not heat the rooms. The water went cold after just 2 kids having a shower then rest had to go without the shower until morning and then only 2 more could take the shower - Water from water tank leaked into the closet in bedroom wet all extra pillows and blankets - Too much noice - no sound proofing and no curtains only net on windows

The area is very good and restaurant on every corner.

Good location, very easy to use buses around Granada from here and walking easy too.

Quite a lively/noisy area which may not suit everyone, but that is the only possible downside to a great apartment in a great location. Granada is a busy, vibrant city so you won't easily get a quiet place there!

The appartment was very clean, comfortable, and very well equiped. in a very good location, close to sites and at the same time quite for those who wants to rest. it was a very pleasent place , definetly we will stay there again.

The manager / owner was very friendly and amenable. The apartments are in the heart of Albaycin very close to Plaza Larga where there are bars and restaurants etc. The central courtyard area was very attractive and spotlesslesly clean.

The apartment was very minimally furnished and it felt a bit unwelcoming and cold. There was never an adequate supply of hot water. The apartment, although kept very clean, was infested with ants that got into everything. The wifi was far too weak and was useless.

Quaint, roomy and central to the old town. Covenient bus service to the city and Al Humbra. Parking for car although very tight.

Quite difficult to find but the manager met us at the town square and led us there. Our adult daughter had to sleep on an uncomfortable folding settee bed.

Very nice location (in charming narrow streets, on a high hill) in the Albaicin. Despite being very close to (pretty, and lively) Plaza Larga, the rooms were quite quiet. Facilities are good - modern kitchenette and clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. The parking below the hotel is really handy (getting there by car takes some skill, but in the end it works out fine). If coming by car, do call ahead to see if they need to ask for special permission to let you into the Albaicin (daily between 11 and 2). If you get lost it seems that the hotel staff (and locals!) are happy to explain the way.

If traveling with small children and a buggy, keep in mind that it's a long walk (with lots of stairs, over little cobblestones) between the center, Alhambra and Albaicin. Possible, but not easy with a buggy. There is a very regular bus, though.
